We don't have the power to reset anything security-related on your Aptitude account!
Visit aptitude.pub and enter the account information provided to you in your email/order page, Format: Username, Password | DO NOT CREATE YOUR OWN ACCOUNT
After logging in, hover over the "customer area" and press on the loader button, you will get a file.
